NATURE PHOTOGRAPHERS GROUP – EGRETTA Documenting the Wild Heart of the Carpathian Basin

Founded in December 2003, Nature Photographers Group EGRETTA is a dedicated family of professional photographers, documentary filmmakers, and passionate conservationists. Today, our core team - Sándor Lukács, Attila Lukács, Zsolt Lukács, and Áron Lukács - travels extensively across the entire Carpathian Basin, expanding our visual reach far beyond our original roots in Serbia.

What began as a mission to highlight the natural treasures of Vojvodina has evolved into a broader calling. Through our photography and documentary filmmaking, our goal is to capture, present, and protect the rich biodiversity and fragile ecosystems of our wider region. We believe that authentic visual storytelling is a powerful tool for preserving natural resources and inspiring environmental awareness.

Our ethos is grounded in patience and authenticity. Every image and film sequence is captured strictly in the field, deeply respecting the natural behavior of wildlife. Equipped with professional Nikon camera systems, advanced cinema gear, and specialized lenses ranging from 10mm up to 600mm, we spend countless hours in the wild to document nature exactly as it is.
